How To Use Your Mind To Manifest Success!
What’s the goal of your business? Is it have fun? Or is it to make a living? I say, why not both! I recently learned more about manifestation and the power it can hold over your success. So, naturally I wanted to find a way to use this tool in my blogging plans, and it worked wonders! Plus I feel a lot less stress when I use this method:)
Essentially, manifestation is just what you think it is- using the power of your thoughts to help you achieve your goals. But, you know that you can’t just imagine your way to success, you have to work for it.
Maybe you’re already working hard and trying to think success, you’re not seeing the results you’d like? You’re working your butt off because that’s how you think you ‘make it’! But, if you’re not seeing the results you’d like, I’d say you’re doing something wrong. You’re missing something! You’re missing the Fun Factor!
The Power Of Your Thoughts
Manifestation only goes so far and only works as much as you do. The only way to real success is a combination of both mental and physical efforts. By training your mind to only focus on the things you want and physically working towards achievement, you have a much greater chance of success than if you just practiced one or the other. Encourage your mind and body to work together energetically. But, it’s not so easy. You need to set realistic goals, work your ass off and be prepared for setbacks.
One little, but super powerful mindset hack is to have fun. The minute you start to enjoy the process and make that the goal along the way, you’ll start seeing results!
The Little Goals That Add Up BIG TIME!
It’s easy to just want a successful life and think about it and hope that’s enough. But, you’ll probably be left wondering why you haven’t achieved what you set out to?
Why am I not successful?
Why am I not making the money I want? I mean, you’re putting in the work and thinking positively, so what the heck?
It’s hard to achieve the end goal, without adding the little goals in between. It’s these little goals that add up, BIG TIME!
Creating goals is the first step in any successful strategy. When creating goals, be as specific as possible.
For me, I wanted to ‘make it’ as a blogger so I’ll use that as an example. If your goal is to be a successful blogger, you need to define the steps involved and attain them one by one. To be a successful blogger, there are many steps involved and all of them can be achieved if you take it one at a time.
First, define your blog and your blog brand, then an awesome logo design and style, and then you start cranking out the blog posts. Now what? You create an effective social media marketing strategy to get traffic to your site. Now if success is traffic for you, you can focus on that alone. Including measuring views, bounce rate and interaction. Then you can work to improve. Or, you can plan to monetize.
I’ve used this plan along with a manifesting mindset and brought my blog up to nearly 100,000 monthly views and tons of amazing opportunities! I now make living doing what I love, and so can you!
The point is to focus on a plan. Write it out. Read it daily and work toward it all the time. What steps do you need to do in order to get to where you want to be?
Measure Your Goals
Your goals need to be attainable and measurable. This way you can visualize your achievements both mentally and physically as you go along. Continue your plan with a follow-through action plan of how you are going to accomplish your goals. Being able to measure your goals and successes is an important step in this process.
The measurable element will allow the monitoring process to be constant and will help to address any issues that need attention or redesigning. This way you can keep the goal achievement on track and within the time frame allotted. Otherwise, procrastination sets in.
Don’t set unrealistic goals and expect them to happen. Big goals are good, but only if they’re actually possible for you. What’s possible for you, might not be achievable for someone else.
If you’re setting BIG goals, once reality sets in you’re more likely to lose momentum and give up all together. Setting smaller, easier goals and knocking them out will build up your confidence and encourage you to keep reaching higher and higher.
Create A Vision Board
Music has the power to move you. It has the power to make you feel things. That’s because it’s a form of imagery. Of visualization. When you hear it, you begin to think and feel it.
Creating a vision board can help keep you on track. Where do you want to see yourself in 6 months and how are you going to ensure that happens? Maybe you want to double your income or land a new job! Or maybe you want to launch a new product. What steps do you need to take to make that happen? And what will your life look like once you have reached that goal?
The more details, the better!
Use Affirmations To Create Success
This is very important- in order for this work, you need to feel good! The better you feel, the easier things happen for you. The more good things you attract. Setting intentions every day to feel good also helps!
Affirmations make you feel good, so naturally they encourage your mind! Don’t just think it though, say it out loud over and over. Try these morning affirmations to start your day off right!
Ever notice how people with a positive mind seem to have a glow? Positive thoughts change your aura, by affecting your body’s vibes and your energy. Your emotions change, and mind shifts to create the perfect environment to manifest success.
They’ll be bad days. No great plan comes without challenges and setbacks. Every successful entrepreneur will tell you.
Using positive affirmations to shift your negative thoughts into motivation is the key. The right outlook changes everything. Knowing the end goal is the main ingredient toward success, and positive affirmations are the fuel to drive you!
You have to be adaptable in your plan so you can handle setbacks and possibly slightly change paths.
You can’t always be at the right place, at the right time. But, you can be as connected to your surroundings as possible to help create the perfect environment for opportunity. It’s a busy life, and our mind’s wonder and are not always present.
Being ‘on’ is difficult in a fast-paced world. Most of our daily lives are rushed and chaotic, but try to be aware and present in all tasks. Do it all with purpose and it’ll be more meaningful.
There are people that seem to have opportunities handed to them, always being at the right place at the right time. Those are the people who are physically and mentally connected.
Believe In Yourself
Life is so much easier when you believe in yourself. Once you’ve got your plan in place, and you begin achieving your small goals, you’ll feel more confident in your own abilities. When you believe in yourself, you’re more likely to act like you are able to do it, and your body usually follows too.
By using your mind and your body to create a plan for blogging success, you give yourself the best chance at actually achieving your goals. It’s no secret. It’s in the little details. You need to set small goals and develop the right mind-state to manifest success!
