As a mask, apply a thin layer of honey onto clean skin. Let sit for 20 minutes, and rinse off with warm water and pat dry.

Honey and Sugar Face Scrub

Mix the ingredients together in a bowl.
Apply a thick layer on to your face.

Oil Pulling. Coconut Oil For Your Teeth

Coconut oil is also amazing for a healthy mouth! It can remove the harmful bacteria in your mouth to prevent cavities and decay and even whiten your teeth!
How To Oil Pull
Add a tablespoon of coconut oil to your mouth and swish it around for 15-20 minutes. The oil breaks down the bacteria and plaque and dissolves it. Spit it out when you’re done and give your mouth a rinse with some water.
Baking Soda, Lemon And Honey Mask

This mask does it all- it cleanses, soothes, hydrates and calms your skin.
Lemon is antibacterial.
Honey is soothing and hydrating.
Baking soda is mildly exfoliating and anti-inflammatory.
It works so well because the baking soda is super fine and gets deep down into the pores and then mixed with the lemon it fizzes up a bit, pushing the gunk out of your pores! Follow with a splash of cold water and you’ll see tighter pores, immediately!
How To Make Lemon, Honey, Baking Soda Mask
You’ll need:
- 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice or 2-3 drops of lemon essential oil
- 2 Tablespoons of baking soda
- 1 Tablespoon of honey
Mix all the ingredients together to form a paste. If it’s too runny, add a little more baking soda. If it’s too thick, add a little water.
Apply to clean skin and let sit for 5-15 minutes, depending on your sensitivity. Lemon can be harsh on sensitive skin so be cautious.
Rinse with water and pat dry.
Moisturize.
