Create A Magical Self Care Day
Wake up before everyone else. Even if it’s just 10 minutes before, it gives you time to quite your mind, prepare for the day and enjoy a cup (or sip) of coffee in peace!
Give thanks. Being grateful will set you up for a day full of opportunity and positivity! Write a letter to the universe saying thank you, or start a gratitude journal. The first thing I do when I wake up is greet the universe with thanks for another awesome day ahead.
How you start your day, determines how your day will go. When you wake up feeling positive, your day follows suit.
Be productive. If you have a day off work, be sure to check some things off of your do-to list! Try some time management strategies to help you better manage your time, this way you don’t feel so stressed out and can actually relax during your down time. This may not sound like ‘self care’ but taking care of yourself involves actually taking care of yourself!
Do something just for you. Take a walk by yourself. Read a book, enjoy a bubble bath or a specialty coffee outside.
Meditate. Caring for yourself starts within! Meditation can help you connect with the universe, de-stress and re-focus. However stressed out or anxious you feel, once you learn the power of meditation you can release those negative emotions and rely on a divine partnership with the universe.
Here’s how: Take 10 minutes, in your home to mediate, in a quiet space. You can light candles, burn incense, or put on some calming music. Simply sit up straight, legs crossed and place your hands on your knees with your palms open. Then, let your mind wanders. Ask the universe for guidance, for help, or inspiration. Meditate with the intention to receive guidance from the universe and let her lead the way!
Rejuvenate. Self care begins on the inside, but let’s not forget about the outside! Take a nap, soak your feet, paint your toes, or do a DIY face mask.

Go off the grid. Just for the day- no cell phone, no tv, no social media. This way you won’t be so distracted and can really focus on YOU!

Eat high vibe foods. These high vibration foods will raise your body’s energy and make you feel great!
Create a magical bath. End your self care day with a bath. Prepare your bath with the intent to relax! All of your worries and stress will be washed away. - Milk. Use a cup of milk for a soothing, hydrating soak.
