How To Raise Your Body’s Vibration For Manifesting

Once you understand how to raise your vibration, you can feel great and begin to attract the things you want. When you raise your body’s vibration, you can manifest anything!

How’s your vibe? Is it high, low or just mediocre? Vibe is a short-form term for vibrational energy and yours is one of the most important keys in manifestation, so pay attention to it.

Your energy has a lot to do with what you attract in your life. How you feel and your body’s vibrational energy are connected. Who doesn’t want to feel good? When you raise your body’s vibrations, you not only feel great but you also attract amazing things. Great people and opportunities are pulled to your energy like a magnet because of the high vibe you have.

Anyone can raise their vibration. It doesn’t take a lot of effort or money. And in fact, once you do, you’ll find your life will get a lot better and seem easier and more enjoyable!

I used to surround myself with bad vibes. I ate bad, drank a lot and was always broke and stressed out. I was miserable. It wasn’t until I made the effort to take care of how I felt on the inside, that my life started to change dramatically! I changed my diet and spent a lot of time outside. I also cut out a lot of negativity.

Bad vibes. We’ve all had them and been around them. Your vibe is your vibrational energy. It’s the energy you emit through your thoughts, emotions and overall state of being. When you’re negative and stressed out, that will result in a low vibration, which is attracting more low energy things.

Today, we’ll look at how to raise your vibration for manifestation, easily, anywhere! We all have bad days, where we feel down and have low, negative energy, but there are ways we can quickly raise our vibration and feel so much better! When you think of yourself and your wellbeing as an energy, and the more positivity you feed it, the better you feel, you can really start to improve your life!

If you find yourself feeling stressed out, broke and surrounded by negative people, you’ve probably been suffering from low vibrations. But when you have a high vibe, you feel optimistic, full of energy and you seem to attract great people and positive opportunities!

Did you know that roses have the highest vibrational frequency of all flowers? And fresh fruits and vegetables have a higher vibration than frozen or canned. Certain things seem to make you feel better and all you need is more of that! Here are some great ways to feel good and raise your vibe!

11 Tips To Raise Your Vibration For Manifesting

1. Become more aware

Become more aware and mindful! This the first step. You want to live a mindful life. Once you become aware of how you are feeling, you can improve it. Make a mental note throughout the day of how you feel. If you’re feeling low, think of how you can feel better in the moment.

2. Use essential oils to raise your vibration

Essential oils. Oils have vibrational frequencies (source). Aromatherapy is proven to enhance your wellbeing through those vibrations.

High vibration essential oils:

  • Rose
  • Helichrysum
  • Ravensara
  • Lavender
  • Wild tansy
  • Myrrh
  • Frankincense

3. Meditate to raise your body’s vibration

Meditate. Meditation is a great way to raise your vibration. When you’re in a relaxed state, you feel great. When you’re meditating, allow yourself to go into a daydream state where you are so happy and doing what you love.

4. Get proper sleep

Sleep. Exhaustion doesn’t feel good. Sleep is important for your overall health and wellbeing. Make proper sleep a priority in your life!

5. Exercise Can Help Raise Your Vibe

Exercise. When you get your blood pumping, your body’s vibration rises! You also release feel good hormones like dopamine!

6. Cut Out Negative People

Cut the negative. When you hang out with negative people, you too become more negative. There is some truth to the words ‘You are who you hang out with.’

7. Gratitude can raise your vibration

Hey

Gratitude. Being thankful immediately raises your vibe and changes your attitude. Start your day with 3 things you are grateful for. Everyone has something and when you’re thankful, you receive.

8. Kindness raises your body’s vibe

Act of kindness. This works, every time! It feels so good to do good. Do something nice for someone else without expecting anything in return. It can be a compliment, a cup of coffee or a small favour for someone in need. This one simple thing has made such a difference in my life! When you serve others, the universe serves you!

Just being kind to others will raise your vibration and make you happier!

9. Eat high vibe foods

Eat healthy. Did you know food has vibes too? It’s the reason why you feel like crap after you eat a double cheeseburger and ice cream. You are what you eat. Eat more high vibration foods like leafy greens, berries and less processed foods, meats and dairy!

10. Get out in nature to raise your vibration

Put your feet on some earth. The earth has an amazing vibrational energy that you can absorb by connecting to it, physically. Have you ever noticed how good it feels to put your bare feet in the ocean or in soil? Do that more often to help raise your body’s vibe!

Nature. The universe is full of amazing, powerful vibrations that are FREE and available every day! Put your face in the sun (but don’t forget the SPF) and you can feel the energy (and vitamin D). Go for a walk through the forest. Pine has amazing, uplifting abilities thanks to its natural aroma. And fresh air feels so good too! All of the things that feel good, are raising your vibe.

11. Live a passionate life

Passion. Never give up on your passion. When you are in a creative, fun and passionate place in life, you are feeling awesome!

Things To Avoid In Order To Raise Your Vibe

  • Drama- nothing good ever comes from gossip and drama.
  • Negative people- If you’re like me, you absorb people’s emotions. Life gets so much better once you cut out the negative energy.
  • Low vibe foods- Don’t eat low vibe foods like fast food, sugar and foods with little or no nutritional value.
  • Negative self talk (or thinking)- Keep your thoughts high.
  • Stress- Make it a priority to de-stress, daily. Stress feeds negative energy.
