7 Days Of Tech Free Mornings

Start your day off right! Are you guilty of grabbing your phone to read emails and scroll social media in the morning? Try putting your phone away for a set amount of time each morning for a week and see how much you can connect with yourself and your family instead!

Better yet, try a detox from social media!

Minimalism Wardrobe

Clear out what you don’t want and donate it! Embrace the minimalist lifestyle and Declutter your closet and drawers. It feels so good and you might rediscover some old favourites.

Take A Photo A Day

Take a photograph a day to help document your life. This is one of my favourite challenges because even though I know you don’t want to take a picture when you are looking and feeling rough one day, you can look and see the progress you’ve made. And it doesn’t always have to be a photo of you, it could be a flower, your morning coffee or your dog! Just make sure to get a few of your pretty face as well!

Start A Journal

Start a personal development journal, gratitude or manifestation journal! Disconnect from your phone and connect with your reality. Go for a walk or hike, make a decadent dinner from scratch, call your mom. Try a social media detox even just one day a week can really help out in to perspective what really matters.

Create A Morning Routine

Most of us forget about our passion as we get busier and older. We get stuck in the routine and leave very little time for our own interests. Having a hobby is great for personal development and improving your mental health.
