Like many people, I’ve struggled with confidence over the years. It’s made me timid and helped people walk all over me. I’ve also questioned my business ideas, wondering if they’re ‘good enough’ and played it safe for years instead of making big moves, all because I lacked confidence.

On my path to more self awareness and personal growth, I’ve learned some techniques to help boost my self esteem and make me feel more confident. It’s helped me become more assertive, set boundaries and be brave enough to go after what I want. One thing that has really helped me is journaling for personal development.
