How do I stay positive when manifesting? This is a question that many people ask me, along with questions like- does manifesting work and is manifesting dangerous?

In order to manifest what you want in life, it’s important to stay positive and avoid negative thinking. This can be difficult when things don’t seem to be going your way, but with a little practice you can learn how to keep your thoughts on track.

It’s important to note that we all have negative thoughts from time to time. Acknowledging them and them releasing and replacing them is the key, NOT COMPLETELY AVOIDING THEM.

Trying to totally avoid negative thinking will only lead to frustration and feelings of guilt or hopelessness.

It’s not easy to stay positive all the time, but there are some things you can do that will help keep your mindset on track when it wanders down a negative path- like reading mantras for manifestation. In this blog post, I’m going to share 10 ways that have helped me stay positive when I’m manifesting my desires!

Journaling To Stay Positive When Manifesting

One BIG thing that has helped me stay positive when manifesting is to keep a journal. New to journaling? Here are some tips on what to write in a daily journal. Besides manifesting, you can also use journaling for self improvement, shadow work and for mental health.

In my journal, I write down all of the things I’m grateful for. This helps me focus on the good in my life and keeps me from getting bogged down by negative thoughts. Try these daily journal prompts for ideas!

I also use a manifesting technique called scripting for manifestation where I write down what I want to manifest, but in present tense. I write it in the present tense as if I already have what I desire.

So let’s say you want to manifest money. You might write, “I’m so thankful for all of the money I’m making lately. High paying projects just keep flowing to me and I love my work.”

I keep my scripting positive and present- focusing on what I want to attract more of.

This will help bring your thoughts into alignment with what you really want and keep your mind from drifting towards unwanted outcomes.

Another thing that helps me stay positive when manifesting is setting daily intentions for myself every morning before I start working on achieving my desires.

I wake up early and check my mindset and set my intention to be positive throughout the day. I make a conscious effort to take notice of how I’m feeling, so that even when a negative thought creeps in ever so quietly- I can quickly divert.

Set Goals To Keep A Positive Mindset When Manifesting

If you’re having trouble staying positive during the manifestation process, try setting goals. When I have something to work towards, it helps keep my mind focused on what I want instead of what I don’t want. And, as we all know, focusing on our desires is key when it comes to manifesting!

Try setting small, more easily achievable goals to manifest at first to help boost the positive momentum.

Let Go Of Control And You’ll Be A Lot More Positive In The Manifesting Process

Let go of control- This is a tough one, but it’s important. When we try to control the outcome of our manifestations, we can easily become stressed and negative. The truth is that sometimes things don’t go the way we want them to and that’s okay! We need to trust in the process and know that everything will work out for our highest good in the end.

One thing that has helped me let go of control is by using visualization techniques. For example, I might visualize myself enjoying my desired outcome in great detail. This helps me feel as if I’ve already achieved what I desire and takes away some of the stress around it.

Practice Self-Love To Stay Positive

Practice self love – This is something that we often forget to do in our lives. Some simple self care practices include: taking your dog for a walk, reading a spiritual book, spiritual self care, meditating, journaling for self love or reading self love affirmations.

Try positive affirmations to keep a positive mindset when manifesting- positive affirmations will help to keep you focused on what it is that you want.

Make A Gratitude List To Be More Positive

Make gratitude lists- When you are in a state of gratefulness, you feel great! Write down what you’re thankful for. Start with just one thing and then add more and you’ll start to notice how much more positive you feel.

I like to start my day with a quick list of 2-3 things I am grateful for every day- my job, my husband, my health!

Visualize What You Want To Manifest

Visualize what you want as if it’s already happened. This will help you feel more positive and confident about what you’re manifesting.

Try making a manifestation board to help make the visualization process easier. Creating a physical board can act as a daily reminder to keep your eye on the prize.

Start With Small Manifestations To Stay Positive

Start small- try manifesting small, easy things in order to gain confidence and stay positive during the process. Once you’ve successfully manifested a smaller goal, move on to bigger goals.

Remind yourself of the things you’ve been able to manifest so far. This will help keep your mindset in a place of gratitude and increase the chances of manifesting even more!

Focus On How You Feel To Stay Positive

When you feel good, you vibrate higher and can manifest what you want, easily!

Take some time for yourself every day to relax and recharge. This will help you stay positive and motivated when it comes time to take action on your goals.

Make sure you surround yourself with positivity- people, books, movies, etc. This will help keep your thoughts and energy in a positive place which is essential when manifesting.

What you feed your body is more than just what you eat. It’s what you watch, what you listen to and how you speak.
