- Carry around a specific crystal with you whenever possible- place it in pockets, book bags, key chains, or handbags so that it can absorb any negative emotions that may come your way throughout the day (like anger or sadness). Or try placing crystals around your home to serve as a shield around your loved ones- place the stones in doorways, windowsills, or near electronics to help protect you and your home from any negativity.
- If you feel like you need some extra motivation during the manifestation process, try placing a stone on your nightstand before bed so that it can absorb any feelings of fear while you sleep. When we’re afraid or worried, we’re less likely to take risks and go after what we truly want!
