Make Your Own Lip Scrub At Home!
Got chapped lips? Today, I’ll show you how to make an amazing lip scrub at home!
It’s February as I write this post and so my lips are a dry and chapped mess! Chapstick just isn’t cutting it and although I use my toothbrush to gently scrub my lips after I brush them, they could really use a nourishing, exfoliating lip scrub to make them smooth and healthy looking again!

One of my best beauty tips is homemade treatments!
I like to make my own products when I can, no with what I already have at home- it’s like a fun hobby of mine! It’s natural, convenient and saves money! And hopefully you already have these ingredients too so you can get right to it! Be sure to add this to your self care checklist🙂

How To Make Homemade Lip Scrub
Iingredients:
-One tablespoon of honey
-One tablespoon of coconut oil
-Two tablespoons of sugar
Instructions:
-Mix together the honey, coconut oil and sugar in a small bowl until it forms a thick paste.
-Apply the scrub to your lips using gentle circular motions.
-Leave on for about five minutes before wiping off with a tissue or cloth.
-Enjoy softer, smoother lips! 🙂
Repeat this process once or twice a week for best results. Coconut oil is great for hydration, sugar helps remove dead skin cells and honey has antibacterial properties that can help keep your lips healthy and free from infection. Give this easy DIY lip scrub a try today! 🙂
