How Do I Manifest?

The key to successful manifestation is focus, feeling and intention. You must clearly visualize what it is that you want, and then put all of your energy into manifesting that outcome. You must also believe that you can achieve your goal, and have faith that the universe will help you get there. The universe sends signs to let you know you’re on the right path. You attract what you put out. When you have a high vibrational energy, you attract high vibrational things such as wealth, opportunities and love! If you have a low vibrational energy, you attract low vibrational things like stress, problems and anxiety.

What I Have Manifested In My Life

I’ve been using the power of manifestation for years and it still amazes me how the universe always comes through. Some of my favourite techniques are: making a manifestation board, scripting in a manifestation journal,

Manifestation has dramatically improved my life. Number one on my manifestation list is always health and happiness. I have suffered from terrible anxiety and depression for most of my life, but once I started communicating with the universe and changing my whole vibe, things slowly began to improve.

It wasn’t always easy but consistency is key.

People tend to have this misconception that manifesting is easy, but it’s not. So, if you find yourself slipping back into negative thinking, and you change your mindset, and just keep trying, you’ll continue to manifest good things! It took me years of gradually and slowly manifesting small things along the way to get to the life I LOVE NOW!

This is something we all deserve, but it doesn’t always come easy. If you’re struggling with your health (mentally or physically), manifesting better health can be a powerful way to turn things around. Remember, you are in control of your own destiny!
