What is Gratitude Journaling?

The idea is simple. You use your gratitude journal to write down what you’re feeling grateful for every day. It can be a paper journal or digital. Personally, I love putting pen to paper and the smell and feel of an actual, physical journal. But there are also some great journaling apps you can use if you like as well! The point is to have a way to write down what you’re grateful for, each day!

Have you heard of Scripting in a Law Of Attraction Journal? It is a great way to raise your vibes so you can attract more great things!

Benefits of a Gratitude Journal

Reminding yourself on a regular basis of all that’s good in your life has a lot of benefits, all of which will help lead you to be a happier person.

Gratitude helps to slay a lot of negative feelings because positivity is more powerful than negativity. In today’s digitally connected world, especially, it’s easy to compare yourself to others and end up feeling bad about yourself.

Gratitude helps to push envy, insecurity, and fear aside. It can lessen depression and anxiety, making happier! When you feel grateful for what you have, you’ll also feel more confident and in control. This positive perspective can also improve motivation, and mental health.

When you know what’s important in your life, you’ll appreciate it more. You’ll have stronger relationships because of it and treasure the important things and people in your life.

How to Keep a Gratitude Journal

As I said, it doesn’t matter which type of journal you use. What’s important is that you use it on a regular basis to enjoy the full benefits. Maintaining a sense of gratitude requires maintenance. Keeping your journal daily is probably best, but even setting aside three times a week will help.

Have you tried using a manifestation journal? It’s what I use:) Read more about how to use scripting in a law of attraction journal!

A lot of people choose to end their day by journaling what they’re grateful for. This is a simple and great way to get started. You might decide to try a different approach later. Gratitude journal prompts can help prompt feelings of gratitude and get you started!

Regardless, keeping a gratitude journal is easy. Simply write down three to five things that you are grateful for each day. Try to make them specific. Even something as small as receiving help on a project from a colleague will do, as long as it reminds you of something you value.
